Jason Boland and the Stragglers will close out the 75th edition of the Sallisaw Lions Club Rodeo on Saturday, August 4th, 2018.  Jason & the Stragglers are a Red Dirt Country band from Stillwater Oklahoma.  They are signed under the record label Proud Souls Entertainment & Apex Music, LLC w/Thirty Tigers Distribution.

The Band consists of: Jason Boland (Lead Vocals, Guitar), Cody Angel (Lead Guitar, Pedal Steel, Dobro), Brad Rice (Drums), Grant Tracy (Bass), and Nick Worley (Fiddle).

Songs you might recognize from them are “Dark & Dirty Mile,” “Rancho Alto,” and “Squelch.”  The band is looking forward to the release of their new album on May 18th, 2018 entitled, “Hard Times are Relative.”   The new album features the songs “I Don’t Deserve You,” “Hard Times are Relative,” and “Right Where I Began.”
